Marvin and his team installed a full central heating system in my mothers house. We were both extremely impressed with his overall professionalism during the entire process. He arrived ahead of time each day and left the property tidy each day. On completion he gave a full tutorial and went above and beyond our expectations. We are both 100% delighted and satisfied with every aspect and the house is now perfectly warm. Unfortunately this type of service is rare these days but it is obvious to me that MRF plumbing and heating does this a standard. From initial contact to new central gas heating installed the service and workmanship was excellent. Work started on time and finished on time. Old storage radiators were replaced with radiators and combi boiler. Hot water tank in loft was removed and no damage done to walls. Everything left clean and tidy and all old appliances disposed off. No additional charges were applied from original quote. Everything working perfectly since installation. Would highly recommend this firm.

We had Marvin out in early November to replace our very old boiler. After limping on for a couple of years It decided to die just as the first cold snap of the year came in. It was a Friday & the company that had been servicing the boiler advised us they couldn’t help us until the Monday. After contacting Marvin he was at our home on the Saturday afternoon & gave us a quote on replacing our old boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi. The following week he had us up and running & our boiler has been purring away for the last two months. As other customers have highlighted you wouldn’t know Marvin had been. He went about his work in a very professional manner & left the place clean & tidy. We couldn’t recommend Marvin highly enough & will be using his services to keep our shiny new boiler in good nick.
