Our heating engineers have a vast experience in oil boiler installations and are always more than happy to discuss your requirements. We are able to offer to supply and install a new oil tank as well as a base for it and it is your choice whether the boiler is installed internally or externally. Our oil boiler have a range of guarantees from 5 to 7 years to give you peace of mind.

Our team are able to relocate your boiler if you wish and will assist you through the process from start to finish providing the highest quality service. Our gas boilers come with up to 12 year guarantee depending on various models and optional additions. Gas boilers are a very efficient option, saving up to £300 per year.

What areas do you carry out work?

What happens during a site visit?
We’ll inspect your existing system, check gas/oil supply, pipework, radiators, ventilation and controls. Then we’ll propose suitable boiler options, layout plans, and offer a complete quote including labour and parts.
Can i get a quote without a physical visit?
Yes you can. Please get in touch and we will let you know what information we require from you to provide a quote.
Which types of boilers do you install?
We install gas, oil and LPG boilers, including combi, system or conventional types. We also handle full central heating installations and replacements.
Are you Worcester Bosch accredited? What benefit does that bring?
Yes - we are accredited by Worcester Bosch. This means we meet their standards for installation and customer care. It also enables extended guarantees (of up to 12 years) on certain models when installed by us.
What’s the typical duration for boiler installation?
Depending on the complexity, most installations take 1–3 days. If pipework or structural modifications are needed, it may take slightly longer. We’ll always give you a timescale in your quote.
Can you relocate an existing boiler or change its position?
Yes - we often reposition boilers if it gives better efficiency or space use. That will be assessed in the site visit.
How often should I service my boiler?
We recommend an annual service to maintain safety, efficiency and guarantee validity. It can also help spot issues early and avoid breakdowns.
What does a boiler service include?
Typical checks include burner condition, cealning condensate traps & filters, heat exchangers, pressure checks, flue analysis, controls and general safety inspection. Any minor faults detected (e.g. leaks, worn parts) may be fixed on the spot or quoted separately.
Why should I maintain my central heating system?
Regular maintenance ensures your boiler runs efficiently, reduces the risk of breakdowns, prolongs equipment life and maintains guarantee eligibility.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes - we offer flexible finance options (subject to status and credit check) so you can spread the cost of a new boiler installation (payments over 10 or 12 months).
What guarantees or warranties do you provide?
We offer up to 12-year guarantees on select Worcester Bosch boilers (when installed by us). Guarantees typically cover manufacturer parts and faults. Labour or external damages may be excluded. Always check your individual contract for full terms.
Why do boilers carry different lengths of guarantee?
Guarantee lengths differ depending on the boiler model and fuel type, plus the addition of optional extras. Gas boilers can come with guarantees of 7, 10 or 12 years. Oil boilers have the option of 5 or 7 years. Some manufacturers require regular servicing and use of approved parts to maintain the guarantee.
What is covered by the guarantee?
All Worcester Bosch parts and manufacturing faults are covered meaning there will be no outlay for any of these reasons.
How much will a new boiler cost?
Costs depend on boiler size, brand, complexity, fuel type and modifications needed. After a site survey we’ll provide a detailed, transparent quote.
